Summer 2017 Cocktail Dinners: "Meet the Maker"
Enjoy locally-made spirits with a four-course chef's pairing menu.
This summer we are hosting “Meet the Maker” cocktail dinners presented in partnership with three Vermont distillers. The producers will be on hand to talk with diners about their work, process, and ethics. In June, we featured Caledonia Spirits; in July, SILO Distillery.
Vermont-made spirits are among the best in the world. Mixing them into cocktails and marrying them with Red Clover’s specially developed pairing menu of locally-sourced cuisine is a match made in heaven. This kind of quality right in our backyard gives us the opportunity to invite you to an unforgettable dining experience!
Served community-style on shared tables, each cocktail dinner features four one-night-only courses with three paired cocktails. Dinner starts at 5:30 pm and the cost per person is $55 plus tax and gratuity.
