June 1: Pacific Northwest - Journey to Oregon and Washington and discover why pinot, merlot, and blends of the Pacific Northwest are attracting increasing public acclaim. Accompanied by a special five-course chef's pairing menu that includes Vermont-foraged ramp fritters, crab salad, Malfatti ricotta pasta, smoked marinated flat iron and shortbread with blueberry-rhubarb compote. On the first Friday of every month, our chefs create a five-course unique pairing menu or series of tastings to celebrate the season. Savor the cuisine of a selected region prepared with fresh Vermont ingredients, served on community tables and artfully presented to complement featured wines or brews.
Summer Whites are the prelude to August’s Beer and BBQ, while robust themes like Old America, the Sonoma Valley, Bavaria and Bordeaux have kept past diners warm in the chillier months. Let the camaraderie move you to your next destination as you offer cheers to a full glass, fine friends, and flavorsome fare. Stay tuned for new themes as the year unfolds.
