Monthly Wine Dinners at The Red Clover Inn
On the first Friday of every month, Chef Dennis Vieira creates a unique menu or series of tastings based on the unique flavors of a selected region and the freshest local Vermont ingredients, designed to perfectly complement the featured wines.
“Food plays an important role in our enjoyment of wine,” said Innkeeper Annie Kuehl. “Chef Dennis pairs wines with both the expected regional specialties and ‘surprise’ tastes that enhance the flavors found in the wines. We’re looking forward to sharing these special events with our neighbors.”
Tickets for each event can be purchased at The Red Clover Inn, by emailing innkeepers@redcloverinn.com or calling 802/775-2290. Wine event packages that include overnight stays and weekend getaways are also available.
