Carol

Position: Innkeeper

Hometown: Rhode Island

Carol has been in Vermont for nearly 12 years, and has three years under her belt as co-founder of Snowflake Cupcakes in Rutland, VT. She loves meeting the Red Clover guests and giving them hints to getting the most out of our spectacular neighborhood. Helping brides plan unique, creative weddings at the Red Clover is her specialty.

Favorite thing about Vermont: The plethora of outdoor activities, available in any season; kayaking and hiking each summer, skiing and snowhoeing through the winter months, and the crisp air and beautiful colors of fall.

I am a senior at Proctor High School this year. I enjoy writing, singing, and playing softball. I have lived in Vermont my entire life!

I have 20 years experience as bartender, server and DJ in New York.

I enjoy mixology, music and artisanal food.
