Party planner extraordinaire and Red Clover Inn & Restaurant Innkeeper, Carol, is a party veteran. The more organized you are ahead of time, the more likely it is that your party will go well. Here are some of Carol’s top tips.

Envision the day

What is your dream? Will it be afternoon or evening, what will happen at the party, for whom or why are you gathering, what will guests be wearing, how will you greet and bid farewell to guests? Take a moment to close your eyes and think about the big picture of what your perfect party looks like, and how Red Clover staff can serve and support that dream.

Let us help you make it reality. Custom signs, a bonfire, centerpieces and music from a Red Clover preferred vendor, menus of family recipes or treasured favorites, custom cocktails named for a person, place or thing. The possibilities are endless!

Through the eyes of a guest

Take a moment to see the party from guests’ perspective. What kind of fun do they like to have? Would add-ons like a snowshoe romp, shuttle home or overnight stays in the inn for the guests of honor help everyone have more fun?

Plan ahead

Work with us. Guest lists, food, venue, decorations, vendors, music budget and timing are all important parts of your party. Do you want to hold the party at home or at a venue? Take pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) and sketch out the elements of your ideal party.

Don’t stress

When you’re at the party, we’re on the job. On the day of the party, pivot from planner to host. Your planning is done – relax, kick back, take it all in, have fun!
At the Red Clover, our goal is to give you an event that people will remember. Give us a call and let’s make it happen!
