Monthly Wine Dinners

On the first Friday of every month, our chefs create a five-course unique pairing menu or series of tastings to celebrate the season. Savor the cuisine of a selected region prepared with fresh Vermont ingredients, served on community tables and artfully presented to complement featured wines or brews.

Journey to Oregon’s Willamette Valley, home to more than 500 vineyards and famous for Pinot Noir. Cost is $80/ person for a one-time chef’s pairing menu of five courses, including dessert.
