  Regular late check-out fees apply to the Carriage House and Queen Suites:

  • Stay until 11:30 AM – $69

  • Stay until 2:00 PM – $109

  • After 2:00 PM – A full night’s stay is required

  • Farmhouse - Late check-out is available for $249 until 11:30 AM or $349 until 2:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, a full night’s stay is required.

• Early Check-In

  • Check in as early as 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM – $49

Pet Policy

At Red Clover, we strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable experience for all guests. To maintain our standards and protect our historic property, we have established the following pet policy.

Please review carefully before booking.

Service Animals

We fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Service animals are welcome and are not subject to pet fees or restrictions.
Emotional support animals and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and are subject to the policies below.

Pet Disclosure Requirement

• All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
• Guests must notify us at the time of booking if they plan to bring a pet.
• Pets arriving without prior disclosure or approval will be subject to penalties.

Where Pets Are Allowed

• Pets are not permitted in the Main Inn.

Approved pets are allowed only in the following designated rooms:

• Lydia
• Farmhouse
• Ben Flint
• Claire

No pets are permitted in other rooms or indoor common areas.

Pet Size & Type Restrictions

• Only small dogs under 25 pounds are permitted.
• Large dogs and other animals are not accepted.
• Approval is required prior to booking.

Pet Fees

Approved dogs are subject to the following fees:

• $75 per night, per dog
• Maximum fee: $375 per animal per stay

These fees cover additional cleaning and maintenance.

Unauthorized or Undisclosed Pets

• Unauthorized or undisclosed pets (excluding service animals) will result in:
• A non-refundable fee of up to $500 to cover additional cleaning, disruption, and operational impact.
• Possible removal from the property without refund.

Guest Responsibility

Guests with approved pets agree to:

• Keep pets under control at all times.
• Prevent pets from entering restricted areas.
• Ensure pets do not disturb other guests.
• Accept responsibility for any damage or excessive cleaning.

The inn reserves the right to charge additional fees for damages or excessive cleaning.
